Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Delivery to remote or less accessible areas may require additional time.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.

Any applicable delivery fee may vary depending on the order, location, or current shipping arrangements.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided when available. You can use the tracking details to follow the progress of your shipment.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work with delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact our customer support team and provide your order number so we can assist you.
